2 beautiful earthenware teacups and saucers from the Cream Petal series by Grindley pottery. This is the art-deco-inspired Eldon pattern (GRI484), hand decorated and rare to find: delicate flowers in shades of yellow, gray and orange with pops of greenery and orange and black stripes. Hand-painted golden edges and saucers with slightly scalloped borders. A small green line on the handle of the cup.

The earthenware is off-white, almost cream, and everything is in excellent vintage condition (see detailed info).

DIMENSIONS: CUP: Approx. 5.8 cm high X 9.2 cm diameter (2-1/4 X 3-5/8 in.) SAUCER: Approx. 14.5 cm diameter (5-3/4 in.) BRAND: Grindley (England) ERA: 1940s CONDITION: Excellent!
