These pumps are simply amazing! Genuine museum pieces in excellent condition by 1930s designer Antonio Di Pietro, from La Gioconda Shoe Manufacturing Co . Born in Italy in 1910, Di Pietro immigrated to Montreal around 1930 to work in the shoe factory of his uncle A.D. Sebastiani. A pair of her beautiful shoes can be found at Mc Cord Museum in Montreal . These are stiletto heels, with a gorgeous styling in matte white leather and black patent leather, with a delicate embossed leather pattern and a bow on the top. The interior and sole are also made of leather - in addition to the company logo, one can read "Prize Medals La Gioconda" highlighting the awards received by the company. There is also an inscription in pen with a reference and a price (see photo 7). Italian manufacture. Little worn and very clean. For collectors or lovers of unique and rare fashion pieces.
