Beautiful embossed leather bag typical of the 60s / 70s. Superb floral pattern, quality construction and well thought out with straps and wooden beads that hide the zippers of the front and back pockets, and also facilitate their opening. Central storage made up of three compartments, one of which is zipped, all closed by another zipper, the end of which is adorned with a leather fringe. All zippers are brass. Rigid reinforced bottom, and equipped with 4 round bag feet for good protection. Two handles long enough to carry in the hand or on the shoulder. Inscription in Spanish " Piel vacuno " on the label, ie "Cow skin". Orange brown leather whose patina reveals how much this bag was used and loved (see detailed information below). Clean, sturdy and ready to carry everything you need for many years to come!
DIMENSIONS: (EXCLUDING HANDLES): Approx. 32cm long x 21.5cm high x 13cm deep (12-1 / 2 '' x 8-1 / 2 '' x 5 '') HANDLES: Approx. 63.5 cm long (25 in) TIME: 1960s-1970s
ORIGIN: Mont-Abur (Made in Mexico) CONDITION: Very good! The only flaw: the leather is very weathered, in particular with small circular traces caused by the rain on the entire exterior surface. I personally find it adds to its charm, but it's a matter of taste. There is also a corner which has a darker stain (see photos).
