Payment modes are Direct payment, Credit card, Etsy gift card and, for local buyers, cash money and Interac.

Cash and Interac payment is restricted for Montreal area local buyers who have contacted me to organize a personnalized delivery. Just select "Other" as payment mode during the transaction. The whole payment must be given at the time of delivery, or the purchase will simply be cancelled.


All items are packed with extra care before shipping.

Items are shipped via Canada Post. Approximate delivery time is:

- Standard*: 2 to 9 business days
- Upgrade - Expedited parcel (tracking and 100 $ coverage): 2 to 9 business days
- Upgrade - ExpressPost : (tracking and 100 $ coverage): 1 to 2 business days

- Standard*: 2 to 8 business days
- Upgrade - Tracked packet (tracking and 100 $ coverage): 4 to 7 business days
- Upgrade - ExpressPost: (tracking and 100 $ coverage) : 2 to 3 business days

- Standard: 4 to 6 weeks
- Upgrade - Airplane shipping: 6 to 10 business days
- Upgrade - Tracking (100 $ coverage) : 4 to 7 business days

Standard shipping fees generally do not include cover/guarantee and tracking. Upgrades are available for faster and/or safer shipping. Feel free to select them.

*For CANADA and the USA, note that, due to Canada Post restrictions, shipping fees for packets over 2 in. high include tracking. In that case, only the ExpressPost upgrade is available.


Delivery time is the one indicated by Canada Post and I cannot guarantee it, just like items can be held at customs. I am not responsible either for lost, stolen or damaged items during shipping. Your invited to pick a tracking and coverage in case of damage or loss shipping option. If not available, don't hesitate to ask!

Additional fees apply for coverage over the indicated value. Please contact me if needed to get a quote for complete coverage of your purchase shipping.

The indicated delivery fees include packaging and are approximate high estimates based on the most expensive scenario by product category. The real cost might vary depending on your location and your purchase specifications. Feel free to contact me for an exact quote before purchase. Any 10 $ or more difference between the estimate and the real delivery cost will be refund. Similarly, if the shipping fees must be increased, you will be advised by email and will receive a Paypal payment request. The item will only be shipped once the total shipping fees have been received within maximum 6 business days.

Purchases are shipped within 1 to 2 business day after payment. In the case an article needs extra time before shipping, you will be informed immediately. I will ship to the address listed at the time of the transaction, unless directed otherwise. Any additional customs/duty (if any) are the buyer's responsability.

I'll be happy to ship my products worlwide. If shippig fees are not indicated for your country, feel free to ask me for an estimate by indicating your city, postal code and country - once I have received this information, I will be able to give you an exact estimate. Shipping fees depend on the weight, the size and the value of the item, as well as the address and the country of delivery.



2 - WITHIN 30 KMS, arrangements can be made for a personalized delivery, for a minimum purchase of 50 $, with a 15 $ fee payable upon delivery (Cash, Debit or VISA).

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

To make online shopping easier, dimensions and item condition details are indicated in the product description. Please read them carefully and make sure they fit your needs before purchase.

If you're not happy with your purchase, returns are accepted. Please contact me within 14 days after receipt to inform me. The item must be returned in its state of origin and not worn, AT THE COST OF THE CLIENT.
If the returned item is not in its state of origin, the buyer will be responsible for any loss of value and the amount lost will be deducted from the amount at refund.

I am not responsible either for lost, stolen or damaged items during shipping. Your invited to pick a tracking and coverage in case of damage or loss shipping option. If a delivery accident happens and the item is damaged when you receive it, I'll be happy to come to an agreement with you. If so, I ask you to please advise me as soon as possible and send me a proof of the damage. Thanks for your understanding.


My products are secondhand articles sold as-is or carefully reclaimed. I take extra care in cleaning and inspecting them before sale. Even though I select them for their quality and good condition, because of their vintageorigin, they might have some imperfections. This is what makes them unique. Items are sold as is.
